Hi SNUG Community,     I hope you’re all doing well. I’m writing with an important update about this year’s SNUG gathering. After a great deal of consideration, we’ve decided not to host an in-person event this year. Instead, we’ll be shifting to a fully virtual and gamified SNUG experience.     We know this change may be disappointing to some, especially for those who look forward to connecting face-to-face each year. But our audience has been growing at an incredible pace, and moving to a virtual format gives us the opportunity to welcome more participants, experiment with new engagement features, and ensure we continue to offer valuable content to our expanding community.     Here’s what you can still look forward to:   Customer speakers sharing insights, best practices, and real-world experiences Virtual networking opportunities designed to help you meet, collaborate, and learn from fellow SNUG members Gamified elements to bring a fresh, interactive twist to the event     We’re excited to try something new this year and see how it resonates with all of you.
