About Accreditation exam

My company is a ServiceNow service partner.
At the time of the San Diego release, I received an invitation to take the Delta and Accreditation exams to my registered email address.
I have already taken the Delta exam, but do not know what the Accreditation exam is about.
What is the Accreditation exam?
Do I have to take the Accreditation exam as well?
If I need to take the Accreditation exam, which site should I go to?
Please, can anyone answer me?

And here an example of what I still have to do myself 🙂 Some (Pre-)Sales accreditations, which are just mentioned on the warning message on Now Learning.

Thank you very much.
I checked by logging into Now Learning with my partner's registered email address and did not see the warning as shown in the screenshot.
Am I correct in assuming that if I don't see the warning, I don't need to take the Accreditation exam?
