Are any of the Now Learning videos available in languages other than English?

Hi,

Our company is moving over to ServiceNow and looking to utilise some of the Now Learning videos, but can't seem to change it to a language other than English (specifically looking for German and French).

You are able to amend your certification language (only once off), but the video content remains in English.

Could anyone please help me with this?

ServiceNow only offers the videos (and the complete training material) in English. Only sometimes they are also available in Japanese, but not in German or French.

And to be honest: It makes no sense to use a different language as the translations are often terrible and users wouldn't understand anymore the rest of the ServiceNow universe where everything is in English.

Thank you, Maik. It sounds like something ServiceNow might need to consider. We are using the translate functionality in the tool itself, but it is a bit counter-intuitive to not have the training available in other languages.

There are few courses available in Other than English and certification too. But very limited.

Update on this - I found out today that only the instructor-led training is available in other languages. From what I was told, these aren't recorded (although that was not confirmed by ServiceNow).

I am unsure how we get anyone from ServiceNow to actually answer this for us - happy if someone can tag/flag this post so we get an official response.
