badges to csa but unable to take exam

I've taken the CSA course, and received all of my badges but i'm unable to take exam. How am I able to fix this?

You have to claim for voucher in the portal itself after finishing the course successfully

Hi there,
Badges, training, etc, etc: not of importance with the CSA exam. The most important thing for the CSA exam which you can book on Webassessor: an exam voucher. No voucher, no exam.
How to obtain a voucher? By following an instructor led-course (includes a voucher), when being an employee for a ServiceNow partner, by following an on-demand course and after successful completion buying the voucher.
