The time slots to book an exam are very confusing.
The slots start at 12:30AM then go to 5:30AM and then change to 6:00PM
Can anyone shed any light on why they are like this? I want to book a 11:00AM exam if possible.
I am located in the GMT time zone.

Hi there,
The timeslots are just really limited. If you would look for somewhere this week, the slots look even more strange... though actually, almost none available / most just taken. If you would book somewhere February, on most days almost 24/7 available 🙂
If my answer helped you in any way, please then mark it as helpful.
Kind regards,
Mark

Hey RichGK! Hoping to shed some light on this as I recently took an exam during New Year's week and had a hard time finding a slot at a reasonable time. I called Kryterion (owner of Webassessor) to learn more about why times weren't available, and discovered that the time slots reflect the availability of the proctor. If no one is available to observe your test or if someone has already booked that time, then the time slot will not be visible. This can also be affected by holidays, team training days, etc.
That said, the listed times on your screenshot are definitely weird, almost like they were entered into the system incorrectly. It might be worth giving Kryterion a call to verify available times. They can be contacted at 800-403-6199 or 602-281-3591, or through email at ktnsupport@kryteriononline.com. (grabbed this info from the help page on Webassessor here: https://www.webassessor.com/wa.do?page=help&tabs=1)
