Completed all required courses for CIS ITSM but not able to see the voucher

Hi All,

I am preparing for CIS ITSM Implementation. I have completed below courses. I am still unable to see voucher in myVouchers in my now learning profile. Could anyone guide me if i missed any required course:

I haven't done CMDB Fundamentals on demand, is it mandatory to do ?

Hi, the certification path shows 2 courses in the ITSM product line certification.

ITSM Fundamentals

ITSM Implementation

Learning Paths by Persona (servicenow.com)

ITSM Implementation is where the voucher is earned, and I believe that this is the only 'mandatory' course.

 

If you have completed the 'ITSM Implementation' course (classroom or on demand) and not received a voucher,
then you will need to log a support case on the Now Learning portal.

Created a support case long back but now support team does not seem to be responding.
