I am New to ServiceNow and I would like to know if there is a FREE 

ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals Equivalency

for me be able to prepare to the 

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

Who can give me the right way to make it happen ?

Unfortunately, no there is not a free option. You need to pay to enroll in the course. Once you complete the course you have the option to obtain a voucher to sit the exam, which you also have to pay for.

No, you have to pay 300 USD for course and 300 USD for voucher.

If you are working with partner company then only it will be free.

No, the on-demand course for CSA is paid, there is no other option to get the CSA exam voucher.

However there are lots of individual courses which covers almost all aspect of administrator course.
