I am New to ServiceNow and I would like to know if there is a FREE 

ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals Equivalency

for me be able to prepare to the 

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

Who can give me the right way to make it happen ?

The short answer is: NO. You need to pay for the learning unless you're hired by a partner company that has an agreement with ServiceNow.

1. Training: Yes, it is mandatory for anyone or everyone to complete this training. Now question about fee. 

If you are working with any ServiceNow partner company, then you can get this training free of cost ( Your company already has an agreement with SN) , if not then you need to pay USD 300 plus taxes.

2. Voucher : After completing training , you will get an email to claim a voucher and the same condition applied. Voucher cost in also costs USD 300 plus taxes.

Total $600 plus taxes if you are not working with a partner company.
