Need CSA Voucher for Retake?

Hello All,

I had got the CSA voucher and I used it but my first attempt got failed now I want to retake the CSA Exam but voucher is expired so can I give the next attempt by paying 100 USD or I need an active voucher for retake the exam?

You do not need a new voucher, you can pay for the retake in WebAssessor.

You cannot use voucher for a CSA or any certification retake!!

You need to pay $100 for the retake and schedule your exam through https://www.webassessor.com/SERVICE_NOW

As you already accepted the solution but sharing my experience. every partner has agreement with SN about certification which mean 1st retake may be free or not . So before you proceed , please check with SN via case or check your SN account manager and get it clarrified.
