NowLearning progress has been erased

I've spent a good amount of time over the past two weeks taking training courses. Today I logged in to see all of my progress has been erased, although I still have the badges for the completed courses. 

 

Has anyone else experienced this?

Yes, many other community member had similar issue week / 2week back and which was fixed by SN team. Don't be panic and loose patience. Just log a case to SN via now learning and they will do needful for you.

create case from now learning platform  and wait for response. It takes time but your issue will be resolved.
