In Lab 8.3 the steps take you through creating your own PDI on developer.servicenow.com - however, launching my PDI takes me to <url>/now/appenginestudio/home .. it's fully empty and blank. The steps on creating weren't the same either (chosing which version you want, etc.).
I'm currently stuck in that I can't bring over the update set, as I don't even have an All menu, just the App Engine Studio (I tried taking the /now... out, but it brings me straight back.

Some options for your analysis:
- Access Permissions: Make sure you have the proper permissions to create a PDI. Some developer accounts may have access restrictions that limit the available options. Make sure you are using an account with appropriate privileges.
- Updated User Interface: ServiceNow may have updated its user interface since the last time the lab instructions were created. This may result in changes to the way options are presented. Look for alternative guides or options that can replace the "ALL" menu.
- Different Navigation: In some versions or instances of ServiceNow, the organization of menus and options may vary. Try exploring other menus or sections to find the option to create a PDI. It may be located in a different location.
- Rendering or Loading Issues: Sometimes page loading issues can prevent certain elements, such as menus, from displaying correctly. Try refreshing the page, clearing your browser's cache, or using a different browser to see if the issue persists.

Ahhh .. your 'Access Permissions' comment got me thinking/digging -- I went to my profile and saw an option to change my user role -- that did the trick. Thanks for getting me on the right track!
