Suite Certification- ITSM Professional not appearing on my certifications

Dear ServiceNow community!
Recently I’ve been pursuing the Suite Certification- ITSM Professional, I finished all the prerequisites for it and for some reason I cannot find it in my certifications neither have I received any notification relating to its completion
I assume I am automatically granted the certification once I finish the prerequisites but that has not happened, I opened a case with the SNOW team and I’ve sent an email to certification@servicenow.com but to no avail, they haven’t responded
I’ve attached a screenshot for everyone’s response, can you please provide me with your experiences and assistance and if anyone knows a SNOW employee that can respond to this forum question?

I am afraid you will need to create a case with NowLearning for this, but prepare to ask for a lot of updates and a long wait, because they are the worst in responding.
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.

I raised a case with SNOW 4 days ago about the same issue, but have not heard back.

Same issue with the Suite Certification - HR Professional.....logged a case two weeks ago, no response yet
