Training Dashboard: columns to click and extract to Excel report not showing

Dear community,

All of a sudden my training adm dashboard stopped showing the column names at the top of the table, and therefore there is no way for me to click and extract a report for example in Excel. I tried to find answers but I couldn't find help anywhere so I'm sharing here to see if anyone could help me. I do have the profile for this kind of access, it was working before...thank you!

Hi dear community,

I was able to get help about this matter and here it is the solution: to view the column headers, select a value from the Group by dropdown options. This action will reload your list and show the column headers. Then, you’ll be able to export the data.
