Unable to create an incident in the learning course

Hi Community,

 

I am in the module 5: Enable Productivity portion of the learning course. I need to Navigate to All> HHD> Incidents and Inquiries but the HHD is not populating anything in the filter bar. Is the system having issues? It worked yesterday when was creating catalog items and maintenance for HHD.

Yes, there is some issue with HHD and I saw few post on the community.
