Unable to update my Webassessor email id in the nowlearning

Did recently joined a new organization that is a ServiceNow partner. I am trying to update my Webassessor email id in the nowlearning portal. It shows that a verification email id has been sent to the Webassessor email but I have not received any. Tried the process multiple times and have not received any verification mail. Created case CS0228348 in the nowlearning before 7 days but no response from the team. Can someone guide me on how to fix this issue? Thanks in advance.

If this doesn't work send an email to certification@servicenow.com sometime it takes long for servicenow team to reach you.

Hello Prasanna,

I am also having the same issue where I am not receiving the verification email that is been sent to webassessor email. Did you find any fix for that?

Running into the same issue.

Unfortunatly there is no other way if you have tried solutions above and from other community posts.

You will have to create a case and wait for servicenow to respond.
