That's an extreme open question ðŸ˜…

To be able to give you some right pointers, we do need to understand what is your situation? Are you new to ServiceNow? Your company new to ServiceNow? First time doing an upgrade? Or are you asking because something went wrong with an upgrade? Or are you just curious after best practices?
