The following message has been displayed on my PDI for several days. The Feedback button was introduced to the community in the past, but where is the Feedback button now?

Hi @sugi1 same happened to me i waited for a month and gave up. I released the instance and got a new one, Thankfully I use to back up my every day work. Make sure everyday you back up your work by update set to avoid this issue in future,

As of now there is no support for PDI instance, No one knows whether the instance will be back. I can suggest get a new instance with another email and start working. If the old one comes back good, else ignore it .

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:

 

  1. wait - nobody can tell you how long it will take
  2. if you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please note, that any work that you might have done and haven't backed up will be lost.
