Can we enable Close chat option throught the chat in Virtual Agent

I have requirment to enable the close chat button throught the chat.
Anyone have any idea on this, that will be helpfull.

Hi @sushama,
The 'End Conversation' button is enabled by default when you are on a chat with a Live Agent. Plus, if you want to minimize the chat, you can use the same button at the bottom that you use to start a chat. See the screenshot below.

Actually I wnat this button enbaled when customer is interating with Virtua Agent not live agent.

Hi @sushama,
From what I see, we don't have that feature yet for Virtual Agent. I couldn't find anything related on the Conversational Interfaces settings either.
