Get response from live agent using Virtual Agent API

Hello,

I am using ServiceNow Virtual Agent as a secondary bot in which I am trying to connect with Live Agent using Virtual Agent API. I have enabled the Synchronous mode for Bot to Bot channel and I can see the response from ServiceNow Virtual Agent when I call the Inbound bot integration API.

when I am connecting with live agent using Virtual agent API I am able to send message to live agent which I can see in live agent workspace but i don't see the response from Live Agent in my request response. Also, I can see the response from live agent in logs.

How can I get response from live agent using bot integration API ?

Hello ServiceNow Experts,

I am able to get the Live agent response to my listening endpoint configured in outbound rest message. But, I am not able to process it in my Microsoft bot.

I am trying to process the ServiceNow Live agent response to Microsoft bot using bot controller api ("/api/messages") and i am getting an error as a "Bad Request". 

So, how can i process this ServiceNow Live Agent Response in my Microsoft Bot?
