How to disable/change OOB message

Hi team,

I create RITM's using "Request Catalog item" all good

but customer wants to remove or change the message "Alright, you're all set. Shall I submit this request? ".

Hi there,

 

To change, have you tried changing the UI Message with the same key (or if it does not exist yet, adding it with the same key and having a different value?

Most bot responses in VA are translatable with UI Messages. Also try I18N debugging.

Best practice when starting/using a provided topic,  Duplicate the topic.  This way you can make modifications to the topic or topic block.

Request Catalog Item is large but here is the part with that question.
