I can't create Intent ("There was an error reading from or writing to the database")

Hi,

I can't create Intent, this is what I see (I am admin):find_real_file.png

It is also shown this error message: "Intent Confidence Threshold should be 0-1".

So I tried to modify that value as in the print below, but nothing changed:

Could you help me please? It's urgent

It worked on my instance as well on customer instance. Make sure the value does not include any space at the end.

It's because of our location or browser location that is considering ',' and not dot it causes the issue.

 

I resolved it for Virtual Agent Simulator.

Navigate to NLU Intent table.

Then change the default value of Intent Confidence Threshold from 0.6 to 1

It till resolve the issue.

However if you are in a project it's better to change the way of calculation to consider local decimal separtor.
