In virtual agent i want to remove these topics which are populated while opening or loading the virt

this is my demo 10 instance i am not getting how to remove these topics from the virtual agent from searching in google i am getting that these are promoted topics but i have checked all the topics no were in the instance these topics are created 
I need some help of you that how can solve these issue

Hi,

1. Please go to module conversational interface >> settings

2. From settings , please select virtual agent and select the highlighted in the yellow (as per screenshot).

3. From there we need to choose our virtual agent and you can see the promoted topics.

4. Select it and delete as per screenshot

Please check whether these topics are present in -> https://__YOUR_INSTANCE__.service-now.com/sys_cs_topic_list.do
Also, check whether any pre-chat-surveys configured -Define pre-chat survey configurations
