NLU Train error

Hi

I get the error when trying to train a NLU model in my personal dev instance (Orlando Patch 3): 'Unable to train the model at this time. Please try again after some time.'  Has anyone encountered this behaviour in Orlando?

The instance is in app130023.ycg3.service-now.com (Canada?).  This used work in New York..

HI,

I faced this error and found to be due to some list entity, try to remove the list entity and use a simple entity or streamline the list entity with right keywords and dont use over riding entity list. 

Kindly mark my response correct and helpful if my suggestion resolved your query,

Thank you Murali,

It seems there was something wrong with my instance, I have created a new one and the problem has gone away.  Interesting... I had only OOB stuff there, so I will try to reproduce it somehow.

Hi Murali,

Can you please share how did you identified that it is because of a list entity. I am getting  an error  related to annotated entity sample on my list entity while training the NLU model but i am not able to identify any other information to resolve it.Is there a way to identify the utterance or intent on which error is given in NLU Model.I am using ServiceNow New York version
