Hi,

I have pushed my VA setup to test instance and

This topic version is not supported on this instance. Check with your ServiceNow Administrator for assistance has been thrown whenever I click on any topic.

I tried to make another update set with dummy edit just to catch any change of topic once again, but error still occurs. Topic itself has no crazy logic its just few step with two scripted variables. Any ideas on how to fix that?

Many thanks for all the answers!

Kacper

Have you made sure that the applications are all on the same version? I would suspect that your Dev installed applications are different. I followed this when moving between instances but made sure to have everything the same version or updated as required - Migrating Virtual Agent and NLU between instances ... - ServiceNow Community

I have an issue right now that in the lower three non-prod environments does not happen and I can add an attachment to an incident without issue using the file picker but in production I can't. We only released to production two weeks ago so waiting on HIWAVE to help figure out what is wrong. Based on what I have experienced so far I see something like you mentioned or you are doing something custom and not supported.

I am also facing the same issue. Have you find any solution on it?

Hi, actually yes, Johndoh's answer is correct. Your instance versions are probably different, after updating instances to same version problem should be solved

We have Dev instance and Test Instance is on Vancouver patch4-hotfix1 version . On Prod Instance version is Vancouver Patch3.

Could you please suggest something how to fix it if I have same version, only patch are different.

Please let me know, its on priority requirement for me.

Does it work on DEV and TEST ? If yes then again, you will have to align instance versions. I am not aware of different solution
