Unable to train NLU due to attachment size limit

I have a customer who has set the property com.glide.attachment.max_size to 5MB as part of a requirement they have to limit attachment sizes for an integration they have.
Whilst in itself - that would appear ok, it has prevented us for implementing a NLU model for their virtual agent as we are unable to train the NLU due to it exceeding the max attachment size (for reference the out of the box value for this property is 1024MB).
Is anyone aware of a workaround for this which will enable the customer (who manages the instance) to retain their attachment limit - whilst allowing the NLU models to train?

We have this same issue. When attempting to train the NLU, we see this red error "The system encountered an unexpected error and couldn't complete your request. Please contact your system administrator for help or try again". When returning back to the NLU Workbench there is a blue error "Attachment size exceeds the limit of 5MB."
