Hello,
im currently implementing a 3rd party chat interface with a custom middleware with the Virtual Agent API on a public facing website.
I configured everything like i wanted. But now im at the point where i have to separate the the AWA Queues. I have one for internal IT support and one for the 3rd party chat interface. I also configured in the rest calls, that I want to connect to a live agent (contextVariables -> live_agent_only).
Now i need to separate the queues. Is there a way to passthrough a sysID of the queue in the rest call for starting the conversation?
