Change Outlook Status to "BUSY" when implementing a Change

I have a request asking to set status to "BUSY" in Outlook, when implementing a Change Request. I have tried doing this by editing the Script Include 'ICalUtil', but have had no luck. Looking for some guidance on what the next step should be.
