Install Workplace Service Delivery on DPO

Hi everyone,

I have an issue I don't know how to solve:

My DPO was reclaimed over the Xmas break and as it was still on an older release, I can't apparently not reboot it no more.

I have a new DPO on Tokyo and I want to activate WSD on it as we are currently implementing it for a customer.

When I try Activate Plugin on the instance action page, it doesn't show. If I try to activate it from within my instance, it's asking me to first get a prerequisite plugin from the store (sn_ex_online_spke - Microsoft Exchange Online Spoke). But when I get to the store, all the entitlements I can select are instances from customers my user is related to.

How can I get it on my DPO so that I can install WSD?

Unfortunately, you cannot install it on your PDI/DPO.

Hi Julien

You can just install each part of the Workplace Service Delivery Suite individually rather than the whole suite in one go.  Only the "Workplace Reservations for Microsoft Outlook Add-in" and "Workplace Calendar Synchronisation" need the spoke so you can at least get everything else.
