newly created position of Service‑now.com senior director of global
operations. Furman immediately assumes responsibility for
Service‑now.com data center strategy, architecture, and operational
process and roadmap to support the continuing growth of Service‑now.com.
Furman joins Service‑now.com after spending more than 15 years
building global, cross‑functional IT teams and implementing
world‑class technology infrastructures for high‑volume Web properties
and Internet and information security vendors including MP3.com,
Infospace and Websense.

Furman graduated from the University of California, San Diego with
an M.B.A. from the Rady School of Management after earning his
Bachelor of Science in biochemistry and cell biology.
