Craig Harper, former BMC Software VP of worldwide sales, solutions and consulting, joins Service‑ to lead sales and services in the Americas and Asia‑Pacific

SAN FRANCISCO – SAASCON ‑ March 31, 2009 ‑ Service‑, the pioneer of IT service management via SaaS, today announced Craig Harper as Service‑ VP of Americas and Asia Pacific sales. Craig immediately assumes full responsibility for Service‑ sales, partner alliances and operations in North America, Latin America and Asia Pacific and is focused on expanding Service‑ direct and channel sales in both commercial and public sectors in these geographies.

Craig joins Service‑ after spending 14 years at BMC Software in various management roles, most recently as VP of worldwide sales, solutions and consulting.
