The Innovation of the Year award winner will be announced at Pink
Elephant's 13th Annual IT Service Management Conference and Exhibition
in Las Vegas at the Bellagio on Tuesday, Feb. 24 during the morning
general session. The award ceremony is appropriately followed by a
keynote presentation from Nicholas Carr, author of "The Big
Switch" and "Does IT Matter?"
