ServiceNow Announces Knowledge11 Europe, the Leading User Conference for Cloud IT

SAN DIEGO ‑ Aug. 1, 2011 ‑ ServiceNow, the creators of SaaS for IT, today announced Knowledge11 Europe will be held in Frankfurt, December 5‑8, 2011, at the InterContinental Hotel. In addition, ServiceNow also announced the Knowledge12 global user conference will be held in New Orleans from May 13 – 17, 2012. ServiceNow Knowledge conferences are the fastest‑growing IT management user events in the world, and are still the only conferences focused exclusively on cloud services built for enterprise IT.

The Knowledge11 Europe agenda will feature more than 50 keynotes, customer case studies, hands‑on workshops and training sessions packed into a four‑day agenda. The conference will focus on the most relevant SaaS for IT service management topics such as social IT, cloud lifecycle management, service catalog, CMDB, IT cost, asset, core ITIL processes, knowledge, PaaS, business service automation and many other topics.

Frank Slootman, ServiceNow CEO, and Fred Luddy, ServiceNow chief product officer, will set the stage for Knowledge11Europe and the future of the industry through opening keynote presentations.
