ServiceNow to Announce Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2016 Financial Results on January 25

SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Jan. 3, 2017 – ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW), the enterprise cloud company, today announced it will release financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2016 ended Dec. 31, 2016 following the close of market on Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2017. ServiceNow will host a conference call and live webcast to discuss the financial results.

The conference call will begin at 2 p.m. Pacific Time (22:00 GMT) on Jan. 25, 2017.
