The Ohio Department of Administrative Services implemented ServiceNow to support the State’s IT optimization initiatives with better services at a lower cost. Today, DAS achieves SLA adherence >90% for IT services delivered to 65,000 employees and vendors. Over the past 3 1/2 years, they developed more than 130 dashboards, assigned 1.6 million incidents, and fully on‑boarded 15 state agencies with 5 more on the way.
