The ServiceNow®
Health and Safety Incident Management application is a solution in Health and Safety that enables organizations to record, track, and report on health
and safety related employee incidents and observations. Furthermore, it provides capabilities to
investigate and reduce incidents.

This solution automates processes that facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and enable
everyone to monitor and track incident status, from initiation to resolution and reporting
needs.
