Submit feedback about a service request or your experience using the feedback card in a Microsoft Outlook email message.

## Before you begin

To enable the feedback card, the include_feedback_actionable script must be added to the [email notification](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=t_CreateANotification&version=australia&pubname=australia-platform-administration&ft:locale=en-US) and a [feedback definition](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/Eg95jiQ3cRANwOh_pftBMw "Configure the feedback definition to curate the finer details of each feedback type.") must be created for the required workflow.

Note:  
The feedback card only appears at the top of the email message.

Role required: None

## Procedure

1. Launch the Microsoft Outlook application.
2. Open an email message and select Give Feedback.
3. On the feedback card, select a rating based on your experience.
4. **Optional:** Enter additional feedback in the text box.
5. **Optional:** Make the feedback anonymous by selecting Do not share my personal info.
6. Select Submit.
