The ServiceNow®
HR Service Delivery Integration with Workday application is built by Bristlecone, Inc.  
With this application, you can do the following:

* Synchronize worker profiles from Workday to a ServiceNow application.
* Pull Workday tasks into a ServiceNow application. Enable employees to view all their to-dos or tasks in a single place, Employee Center.

## Application setup {#w-integration__section_gdq_3dl_ymb}

First, you must activate the HR Service Delivery Integration with Workday application from ServiceNow Store. This automatically activates the Workday HR Spoke. Next you must set up [Workday HR Spoke](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=workday-hr-spoke&version=xanadu&pubname=xanadu-integrate-applications&ft:locale=en-US).  
Note:  
* HR Service Delivery integration with Workday depends on Workday HR Spoke.
* For the application to work with the ServiceNow Standard Ticket page, you must install these [update sets](https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/application/d4fb8bd8db5b0010205cdf6b5e96190e/2.0.4?sl=sh).

## Request apps on the Store {#w-integration__section_fyw_kc1_zmb}

Visit the [ServiceNow Store](https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/home) website to view all the available apps and for information about submitting requests to the store.
