Service Reliability Management (SRM) provides an easier way for your organization to respond, collaborate, track, and self-remediate when working on alerts and incidents. SRM is available when you have both ITSM Standard and ITOM Operator Professional subscriptions.

Install Service Reliability Management from the ServiceNow Store. Visit the [ServiceNow Store](https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/home) website to view all the available apps and for information about submitting requests to the store. When installing from the store, first confirm that you have all the dependencies needed by selecting the Dependencies tab.
