Predefined Field Service
Virtual Agent chatbot conversations enable field service agents to view their work
schedule for the day and update their tasks.

A conversation topic defines the dialog between the Virtual Agent chatbot and the field service agent so that the agent can accomplish a specific goal.

## Configuration overview {#fsm-va-conversation__section_w4c_sfb_3cc}

The steps for configuring Field Service Virtual Agent Conversations are:

1. Install the Field Service Virtual Agent Conversations application. For more information, see [Install Field Service Virtual Agent Conversations](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/Z4Ua0gDCQkrenqCNoook4g "You can install the Field Service Virtual Agent Conversations application (com.sn_fsm.virtualagent) if you have the admin role. The application includes conversation topics and installs related ServiceNow Store applications and plugins if they are not already installed.").
2. Publish the predefined Virtual Agent topics. 3. Integrate the NLU model with your Virtual Agent topics. 4. Configure chat in the Now Agent mobile application.
