Lead Management application enables your sales development representatives to create and manage leads. Lead Management was enhanced and updated in the Yokohama release.

* REST APIs enable seamless integration of lead management with external applications and provide other capabilities.
* REST APIs enable customers to create, update, and retrieve leads and lead line items from the ServiceNow instance.
