You can create your own dashboard according to your preferences for metrics that help you to analyze the health of your system in a snapshot.
The default base system dashboard, the All instance health dashboard, is the Instance Observer default home page that provides a snapshot of the overall health of your instances with key insights, such as performance,
reliability, and availability at a glance with the following widgets:
* Instance availability: The availability across all instances
* Alerts: The alerts for that account for the last 24 hours
* Open cases: All open cases for that account
* Performance insights: The customizable widget gives the performance insights that are updated every 15 minutes.
* Known Issues (ePRBs): All known issues with ServiceNow
* Clusters: Cluster details of all instances in the account
* KPIs: Important KPIs for all instances of the account

You can select the auto-refresh frequency for the dashboard.
Note:
The All Instance health dashboard isn't editable, deletable, or cloneable. Create a fresh dashboard to explore configuration options. See [Create a dashboard](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/zWIpqy~qo__WjEtsJ8NI4Q "Create a dashboard that serves as a home page to assess the health of your instances at a glance.") for more information.
