ServiceNow systems integrate easily with third-party apps, using industry standard technologies such as SOAP, REST, WSDL, and API, as well as several others such as Web Services, JDBC, and more. Load
external data using XML, CSV, XLS, and other file types, all through multiple data sources including HTTPS, FTPS, and SCP. Integration between instances is even easier, due to shared integration points on the platform.
