Following is procedure to create an activity action.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_si.admin

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllPlaybook ExperiencesActionsActivity Actions.  
2. Select New.  
   Refer to the [ServiceNow AI Platform](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=now-platform-landing&version=zurich&pubname=zurich-now-platform&ft:locale=en-US) documentation to know how to create these actions. In this example, Skip is implemented as a server script.
3. Playbook override:  
   You can also override the existing activity experience type. For more information, see ServiceNow AI Platform documentation. No Playbook overrides are added in this example.
