# Configure Flash movie blocks

# Configure Flash movie blocks {#ariaid-title1}

Use a Flash movie block to embed any Flash movie (.swf file) as an attachment or by
referencing a URL in a content page.

## Before you begin

Role required: content_admin or admin

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllContent ManagementSpecialty ContentFlash Movies.
2. Click New.
3. Complete the Flash Movie form.

   | Name | Type a unique name for the Flash movie block. |
   | Source | Specify where the Flash movie is found. * Attachment: If this choice is selected, upload the Flash movie to this record. * Link to External Object: If this choice is selected, a URL field appears. Specify the Flash movie URL and ensure that the Flash movie is publicly accessible. {#t_FlashMovieBlock__ul_mfz_dcc_gr} |
   | Height | Enter the height of the Flash movie in pixels. |
   | Width | Enter the width of the Flash movie in pixels. |

4. Click Submit.
