View change tasks

  • You can view the state, risk, and the schedule of the change tasks in the Mobile Agent mobile application.

    About this task

    As an ITSM agent or Technician working away from desk, use the Mobile Agent to review the state, risk, and schedule of your change tasks in real-time. The mobile view provides the same task details available on the desktop change form so that you can act on assigned work across locations.

    Before you begin

    Role required: itil or sn_change_write

    Procedure

    1. Tap My Work tab.
      The My Work tab appears on the home screen of the Mobile Agent after you sign in. It lists the tasks assigned to you or to your group.
    2. Tap Change tasks to open the list of change tasks.
    3. Tap the change task for a detailed view.
    4. Tap any field with right arrow to view its details.
