Managing medical device out-of-service cases in Workspace

  • You can use Workspace to manage medical device out-of-service cases.

    When a request for setting a medical device to out-of-service is submitted from a service portal, a medical device out-of-service case is created for a clinical engineer to work on. As a clinical engineer with the sn_hcls_cmms.clinical_engineer role, you can manage the setting of a medical device to out-of-service.
