# Delete an app in Creator Studio

# Delete an app in Creator Studio {#ariaid-title1}

Delete an app to remove it from Creator Studio.

## Before you begin

To delete an app, you must be given permission to delete apps. For more information, see [Customized app collaboration permissions in Creator Studio](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/XwJCso2kfryQL4noMcAGtg "When you customize collaboration permissions, you can choose more granular actions and parts of the app that users can work with in Creator Studio.").

## Procedure

1. Go to AllApp EngineCreator Studio to see all the apps on the Creator Studio home page.
2. Open the app you want to delete.
3. Select the more actions icon (![]()) in the navigation panel.
4. Select Delete from the menu that appears.

5. Type <kbd class="ph userinput">Delete</kbd> in the modal that appears.
6. Select the Delete button.

## Result

The app is removed from Creator Studio, but if it was deployed, the deployed app is still available.
