## What to do next

Grant the now.assist.creator role, the now_assist_panel_user role, and either the admin or sn_g_app_creator.app_creator role to each user that you want to create and edit applications using app
generation.

Users that only need to edit (not create) applications using app generation can be granted the delegated_developer, now_assist_panel_user, and now.assist.creator roles. For more information, see [Delegated development and deployment](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/vDKOixlDEFKFULbsD2GEgg "Delegated development allows designated users without a system admin role to develop or deploy applications on the ServiceNow AI Platform.").

To begin generating applications, see [Generate apps with Now Assist for app generation within ServiceNow Studio](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/U0pyhkLkE5zqJgIH~HuEUQ "Have a conversation with the Now Assist for app generation to start building applications.").
