# Configuring AI Readiness Evaluation {#ariaid-title1}

Run the scheduled jobs and complete the AI Readiness Evaluation guided setup configuration steps before viewing the generative AI and agentic AI assessment results.

## Configuration overview {#configuring-now-assist-readiness-evaluation__cf-config-parent-checklist}

Before configuring the AI Readiness Evaluation app, confirm that it is installed. Navigate to AllSystem DefinitionPlugins, and search for either the app name, <kbd class="ph userinput">AI Readiness Evaluation</kbd>, or app ID, <kbd class="ph userinput">sn_assess</kbd>, to confirm.

   Run the GenAI/AgenticAI Assessment scheduled job so that agentic and generative AI assessment results populate in WorkspacesAI Readiness Evaluation.
2. [Configure the AI Readiness Evaluation guided setup](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/5RL8pDZGLmoJH~xQz8db7g "Before you can review the Now Assist assessments in Workspaces > AI Readiness Evaluation , you must first complete the configuration for the five HRSD jobs.")

   Complete the configuration for the five AI jobs. Additional configuration is required to work with the ServiceNow Otto for HRSD assessment.
