Add a business actor to a business role

Add existing business actors to a business role to identify who fulfills the role, or create a business actor directly from the business role record.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_apm.apm_user

Procedure

1. Navigate to Workspaces > Enterprise Architecture Workspace.
2. Open the Portfolio List view by selecting the Portfolio icon ().
3. Select the expand row icon () next to Business Architecture.
4. Select Business Roles.
5. Select the business role to which you want to add a business actor.
6. Select the Business actors tab.
7. Add a business actor.
   • To add an existing business actor:
     1. Select Add.
     2. In the Add business actors window, select the business actor and the relationship type between the business actor and the business role.
     3. Select Add.
   • To create a business actor, select New and complete the fields on the form. For field descriptions, see Business actor form.

Result

The business actor appears in the Business actors related list.
